I am new to fitbit and want to log all the exercises I do including quick yoga every morning, but I don't want the 3 minute exercise to count as an exercise day. I would hope to be active at least half an hour for it to count for an exercise day. How do I adjust that?

There is no way to adjust that I'm sorry.
