Has stopped syncing with my android phone. Have 17.8.401.3 do not sure how to fix. All I see on Blaze screen is the dotted triangle no 'today'. Very frustrating.

When you tapped the triangle did Fitbit give you an error message?
Does the Fitbit have location services?
Has the phone and tracker been restarted?

Can you please provide me with a picture of your Blaze screen? In the meantime, regarding the syncing issue, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Thanks for the information @Fairyfloss. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your tracker. Also, are you having trouble charging it or even if you put the tracker into the cradle it displays the logo?
