I bought a fitbit blaze yesterday and I'm experiencing small pulse like electric shocks. Is this the norm with fitbit??? I'm seriously thinking of taking it back.

I have been getting random shocks from my inspire2 and it makes me not even want to use it anymore. I just got it a little over a month ago and it has shocked me about every other day when I'm not doing anything.

Got two shocks after I took it off charge, it wasn't painful at all but it's just a little alarming. If this continues I'll be returning it for a different brand.

I've had a couple of Fitbits over the years (loved my faithful Inspire2 HR) and I currently have a Versa 3, but it's starting to really freak me out. I've been shocked a minimum of 4 times (starting like a week after I got it) and the last time left my skin feeling pretty raw, puffy and itchy which made me realize something wasn't right. Looked like I had a blister and I had to swap wrists for a week. Each zap is getting worse and more concerning. Plus they've happened so randomly like once was when I was reading a book. I've only had this one for a few months and it has never even been wet yet. Does anyone have any ideas? I've restarted it, made sure the back sensor was fine, updated it, worn it loosely, and now I'm stumped. As I've only had it a few months can I swap it or have it repaired? My parents have warned that if it acts up again they are throwing it out cuz it's getting dangerous. But to make things worse, I've recommended the watch to so many people and now I'm scared of them getting hurt too. What can I do? Is this a common problem?

I placed with watch on my risk and it burned so I had to immediately take it off. About the same size 1 inch in diameter and I’m still in shocked because I’ve had my first one for About a year. I misplaced That one and had this one for 2 months. But it happened and it hurts
