Elevation info is lost after synced

After a run or bike the summary shows a value for elevation gain but after syncing that info is missing. Why can't I find that info in the exercise summary in the app?

I followed the link but it didn't go anywhere.  I did log in, thinking the online dashboard might show the info but I don't see it there either.  Just to be clear, I'm talking about a measurement of elevation in meters as it shows in the run and bike summary after tracking an exercise, not floors climbed.

While posting a response throgh a web browser,  it makes no sense to say that you have no access to the very  same web browser to view your trackers data.
