Emails will no longer show on my Blaze

Anyone help out there?

I used to receive email notifications on my blaze. I had to delete my email account from my IOS device and reload. Now the email notification function on my blaze is not working.

 

Does anyone know what to do and how to explain it to a middle aged man with very little technology savvy?

Try disabling email notifications in the app, sync, reboot the phone, turn them back on and sync again.

Hi, I have looked at that too.

 

The three notifications that are there are Text, Calls and Calendar Events in the top section then under the App Notifications, the mail one is there, and toggled to on. I have turned this off and synced, turned it on and synced.  Turned Bluetooth off and on and synced. finally reconnected the blaze to my account and phone. Still the email will not come through or show........... I'm at a loss as to why.................
