Why don’t I have a Bluetooth option on my Blaze in settings anymore? It disappeared as an option to have ON on my Blaze.

Hi there @AZNan. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'd say you don't have the Bluetooth option on your Blaze because you are using an iOS device. When you use an Apple device, your tracker connects to your devices's Bluetooth directly at the setup. Now, when using Android devices, it will connect directly to the phone's Bluetooth for syncing but will connect through Bluetooth Classic for music control and that's why you will have an option to turn the Bluetooth off or in "Pair" mode.

Hope this makes sense... Let me know if you need anything else!

Then why is it not recording miles? Runs are counting steps, heart rate, etc but not the miles. It used to. And Bluetooth was an option. I’ve always had an iPhone.

Which mode are you using to record your runs? Did you manually start it or let Fitbit decide that you where running?

I select run in exercise.

So, this is two different things we're talking about here right @AZNan?

One is your Blaze not showing the Bluetooth option in the Settings screen and your activities not showing the distance for your recorded activities, is that right?

For the Bluetooth option while using an iOS device, it will not show up there. Everything goes through the standard Bluetooth bond so there is no way to enable it or disable it from the tracker itself. Now, for the miles not recording, could you please share a screenshot of how it looks for you?
