This is the map tracking, there is nothing there and it did connect to the phone

I'm sorry to hear that your exercise logs that have a map are not showing up on your dashboard.
Now, I'd like to know if you don't see the activity log at all or if it does show up but the map shows nothing? Do you get any type of error message when trying to load the exercises?
At the moment, my suggestion would be to log out of the Fitbit app, make sure that it's up to date and if it's not, update it. Then, log back in to the Fitbit app and see if you're able to see your logged exercises there.
