I input my exercise and start it on my blaze but it doesn't record it into my app! Help!

After you stop the exercise on the Blaze, at some point you sync up.. After you sync it takes a minute or two for the server to process.. Then the app needs to download the info.
My first thought is, have you checked fitbit. Con to see if the exercise shows there?
