Exercise session doesn't appear in active minutes

Even though I log in a one hour exercise session, my active minutes still shows zero. Why is this and how do I fix it ?

Welcome to the Community @Thennemann. Can you tell me which exercise were you doing to earn active minutes? Since keep in mind that for this, it need to be a high intense exercise and you need to be constant on it.
