Exercise (spinning) heart rate

Has anyone used the spinning option from the exercise tracking on the Blaze?
I have used it a couple of times now and it seems that the heart rate monitor is way off during this excuses. I wear my Blaze on my left rist and to the outside.
The Blaze has shown that my heart rate has only been in the peak zone for 6 minutes during an hour session. I now how my body feels when I get into this zone so I know I was in this zone for a lot longer than 6 minutes!!
I am aware of the muscle moving issue that causes the heart rate monitor not to work, so maybe this is the issue.
So has anyone out there found a place on your body to put the Blaze that reliably measures your heart rate during this exercise???
Thanks in advance

Hi, @Kev-bm! I've used my Blaze with no problem spinning. The last couple times doing it were, admittedly, after lifting, so my heart rate was already up, but they were 90% peak for me. Have you tried giving your Blaze a restart?

That might be an idea. But it does seem strange that it is ok for running and other day to day tasks. But shows low on spinning. I have looked at it during a session more than once and it is reading nothing.
Maybe it takes an average and that's why it looks low. But would need a techie from Fitbit to tell us that

I've had the same issue with the heart rate monitor and spinning classes. It seems to work fine with running not a technical issue that would need a restart but I'm wondering if the hand positioning on the bike during spinning classes doesnt cause faulty reads.

I have noticed a low calorie burn for spin class also.  Has anyone found a solution to this?  It's really frustrating and I work out a lot.  I know I should be burning off more than 300 calories during an hour spin class.

Can someone please walk me through how to get the Blaze to work with a spin class,  I was able to find Spinning to add for an excersise option but I am unable to progress from there.
