Question: my Fitbit Blaze HR isn’t reading as high as what I get on the treadmill sensors, which plays a role in my calories burned. Also it doesn’t show as many miles walked as what the treadmill shows. Any advice?

Since a treadmill is stationary, the fitbit will try to estimate the miles walked. There is debate about the accuracy of anything other than a chest strap and a EKG. I feel like the blaze is more accurate because it uses your personal data along with your heart rate to measure calories burned.
