My Fitbit Blaze will not work. I have tried all the suggest things on the website and still nothing has changed. The screen is black, display is obsolete, it does not sync or charge. When I purchased it, it worked and then it stopped all of a sudden.
This product needs to be updated or recalled. This is unfair to have a fitness tracker that does not work. I should not have to pull money out of my pocket to buy the latest and greatest new fitbit. I am not pleased with this product, everyone with this problem should get a new one free of charge, with all the issues resolved or a different model of the same value for free. I will be writing a review on social media about the default of the product.
