FITBIT Blaze....Heart rate worked fine until earlier this year.

My Blaze's HRM is really wonky. For the past several bike rides, it has recorded wildly inaccurate HR and has stopped recording about 2/3 of the way through my ride. Here's the screenshot from tonight's ride. I'm fit, but I'm not 90 bpm at an average speed of 15 mph fit! (Also, the speed is wrong, but I'm not worried about that!)  Help me Fitbit community!

Hi there @ELWoody. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate monitoring seems to be inaccurate 😕

What I can recommend in this situation, would be to first, restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Then, go to the last screen on your Blaze, tap on Settings and scroll down to Heart Rate. If it's set to On, change it to Auto or the other way around and try it out and see if that makes any difference.

Also, make sure you're wearing your tracker a little snug on your wrist when exercising to avoid having it moving around a lot and for it not to have any problems picking a consistent heart rate signal.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know!
