FItbit blaze - buttons not working at all

All of a sudden the buttons on my blaze have stopped working 😟 I have cleaned in all the buttons and shut it down on the screen. I am able to power it up using the buttons but that’s all I am able to do. Has anyone have any ideas as I’m lost without my Fitbit

None of my buttons on my Fitbit blaze are working either. They just stopped today and I only got it in November.

After research I have found a SOLUTION Smiley LOL . I plug it into the charger, but not close the trap, press back button and it WORKS Smiley LOLSmiley LOL . Anyone figured out yet?
