Factory reset to give to another person

I was given a Fitbit blaze by my mom that she had been using and decided she didn't like the way it looked, and I can't figure out how to make it connected to my account now. I can only find out how to restart/reset it but nothing more. thanks ahead

Hi @Saraelizabeth14

 

Make sure to sync the tracker to your account before linking to your mother's account.

 

Consider waiting after midnight so a new day has started before linking to her account.

 

When linking to her account only the current day stats should be sync'ed as it's setup to another account..

 

When linking to her accounts it will be removed from yours.

 

It's possible on the devices settings page on fitbit.com to unlink the tracker when desired from your account.. 

 

The tracker can't be factory reset, though no personal information is on the tracker.
