Faulty Heart Rate Monitor-Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Blaze for about four days now.  Two days into ownership, the heart rate monitor was not reading correctly.  I have looked all throughout the forums and cannot find an answer.  I only get a reading when I have the heart rate monitor set to "on".  However, it must be a default reading, as it stays at 70 no matter what I do.  If I have it set to "Auto", I get dashes.  The LED lights work in both modes.  I have tried resetting it numerous times in each of the heart rate monitor settings.  I have moved it to different positions on my arm, switched arms, and have ensured that the sensor is clean.  I have been through virtually all of the settings on the app, the tracker, and the website, but none of it works.  I would just ask for a replacement, but from what I've seen on here, this is a common and widespread problem.  I'm open to suggestions on how to fix this issue.  Thanks in advance for the help, and I will be sure to update if anything changes.
