It's terrible... I can't get my blaze to sync with my Galaxy without shutting down my fitbit, un-pairing... doing everything fitbit says to do every single time. It's annoying. It syncs perfectly fine with my ipad at home, but my phone is my main device and it won't sync on a regular basis with it. Obviously, more than one of us are having a problem, but they just sent the auto reply of what to try... but doing those steps every single time is not normal.
