I just opened my fitbit blaze and set it up. I put it in the charging dock so it would charge. I did the whole set up through my phone, however now when i actually try to use it as a watch. it wont sync or basically turn on. when it is on the dock it says fully charged and has the clock on it and everything. i spent way to much money for this not to work. please help.

Try this: Click on "Help" at the bottom of the page. On the next page there is a link for detailed instructions on how to restart the Blaze. In a nutshell, you press the left button and the lower right buttons simultaneous;y and hold them until the Fitbit logo appears. You may have to do this three times. It has the effect of re-booting a computer and getting rid of any "bugs" that may be preventing proper operation of the Tracker.
You may have to uninstall and reinbstall the app, but try the above first. Contact support if necessary. They are very good.

my blaze is only 2 wks old & worked fine however hasn't sync'd with my phone for 4 days. after trying all the trouble shooting etc ive contacted support & they are telling my i need to send it back as they dont know whats wrong with it 🙁 im not happy 😕😕
