How to find my fitbit model. Nothing marked on the fitbit i.e. no marking, nothing

Hi @beatsal if you try setting it up, the Fitbit app will recognize which device you have. You can click "Help" upper right of this page and see all the various styles of devices. You don't remember which Fitbit you had? Sometimes if these have had dead batteries for a while, they don't always spring back to life easily.

Something isn't right.
What is the state of the watch?
Is it working and counting steps etc?
If so, how is it not possible to go to settings?
If its not setup yet, then use a phone to set it up. Follow the installation instructions.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you, via chat or phone.
