Firmware Update Help!

so I have just swapped my surge for a blaze and having registered new device and deleted old one, thought I was ready to go. Entered four digit code and pressed the button to begin my "firmware update". That was 2 hours ago and im still waiting!!!!

 

someone help please. I cant go back on the screen as it informs me that I need the update

A warm welcome to the Forums @wchalmers88. I would like to know if you keep having problems updating your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting the tracker and after the restart process, follow the steps provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post.
