Firmware isn't updating

My Fitbit informs me to update but when I try it appears that Fitbit is not connected to WiFi/iPhone and nothing happens

A warm welcome to the Community @Ronniebofa! I would like you to confirm that you're following this procedure to properly update your Blaze. The firmware update that you should have in your Blaze is 17.8.402.1

 

If you're following the steps posted above, but you're still having issues. Please try Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
