My Blaze has an illegible screen with grey screen lines and boxes when I tap the left button. When I tap the top right, it shows the blue dots diamond logo. I have tried restarting and it doesn't work. It is still counting my steps however based on my phone app. It has NEVER been dropped and no water damage. Last night it started buzzing like the alarm was going off and it wouldn't stop. I had to take it off as it was keeping me up. This the second time this has happened, but last time restarting it worked. I have a video of the issues if there is an email I can send it to.

If multiple restarts (it doesn't always work) don't fix it then I don't think there is anything else to try.
Are you still covered by warranty? It runs for 2 years in Europe and 1 year elsewhere. If you are then you could contact customer support via the following link. If they can't fix it they will probably offer to replace it.
