Fit bit Blaze frozen at clock display

I am unable to scroll over to any other screen. To view stats, no logging workouts, etc... What I currently have is a very expensive digital watch. I'm frustrated because I could have went to a discount store and purchased a digital watch that shows the time if this is what I wanted. Anyone else having this problem?

Are you using the buttons? First thing to check is remove it from the frame and see if it works. If it does then its not put in the frame correctly

 

If it does work:

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thanks for your reply. After trying everything I could think of your fix included. Once I deleted the device from my account, added it again, it worked. Have a great weekend! ☺️
