Hi can anyone help me here

 

I bought Fitbit blaze in month of August  17 from Amazon . Since yesterday Fitbit blaze screen not showing any display  and not getting charge even after keeping charge for 3 hours.

 

But green lights still sparking . I followed all tips given in this community.. I tried to hold the on button for one minute. But no luck. Its not working . Can anyone please help what to do

Hate to hear that...I bought one (actually 3 now in the last four days and all are/will be returned) turned it on, plugged it in and it won't charge. Out of the box. Should have learned from first two tries but I tried again. I hear the apple watch is pretty reliable
