Fit bit blaze troubles with samsung galaxy s8+

I am having trouble getting my galaxy S8+ to pair with my fitbit blaze, I do not receive notifications and any time I try to pair the 2 my phone tells me that the blaze will not allow it,

anyone else having this problem or have a solution to this issue?

Hello @rae0416 is your Blaze setup to your account yet? This would be the first step. 

If so you will need to let the app pair the tracker to the phone. 

Is always-connected enabled. Is Fitbit notifications enabled. Then try a test message

I have followed all of those steps but when I try to receive notifications
from blaze it pops up and says that the phone is rejected by blaze. And all
of my allowed apps are on and notifications are turned on as well but I am
not getting message or call notifications. I'm not sure what is really
going on??
