my fit bit blaze will not reset calories. upon waking it still has the calories from the night before (2,200).
I shut it down and restarted it, resynced it like 10 times, changed the time zone back in forth which was suggested and still--- nothing changed.
This has happened 3 times since I received this for Christmas and I am super disappointed that a watch this expensive can't work properly.
any suggestions

Having same problem. Have spent more than 2 hours on it now. Am going to return it. An expensive piece of steaming dung.

I just bought Fitbit Blaze a few hours ago and had all the same problems. Tried all the suggested fixes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Android phone and it still would not work. So, making sure that the phone Bluetooth was on, and double checking in the Fitbit Blaze settings that Bluetooth classic was also set to on, I went to Dashboard in the Phone Fitbit App, tap the three horizontal lines top left of screen, went to devices, saw the fitbit displayed there as Blaze, tap and hold, and the option Blaze and unpair should display unpair the fitbit. Now tap the + sign and add device. Select Blaze and follow instruction entering the 4 digit code that appears to repair. For me .... magic it worked. I hope this works for you too.

I tried this and now it wont even let me add my device again... I hate complaining and moaning but im really getting sick of fitbit's crap. ive been trying to sort this out for nearly a week now and its just different problem after different problem. customer service just keep telling me to do the same thing over and over

Very unhappy as my Blaze which has worked more or less perfectly since May '16 now refuses to communicate with my phone.
Tried to remove and add new device and now will not connect.
Would really appreciate some communication on this issue

My fitbit blaze also stopped syncing yesterday, after working perfectly for months. What is happening, fitbit customer support?
