My blaze doesn't sync sleep nor the hourly goal metrics. It does sync my steps though. I'm not sure why some things are syncing and some aren't. I get the notifications that it's time for bed (set in the app) but doesn't track my sleep.
I get notified and can see on my blaze if I meet the 250/hr goal but it doesn't show up in the app.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi, @Desireemlake, sometimes it takes a little while for all stats to sync through, but if your stats never sync through to your app, it sounds possible that you have an outdated version. Have you tried updating your app from the Playstore / Apple store / Windows?

Mine was doing the same , not tracking sleep,steps were fine and the clock was out. I went to the play store and opened the fit it app from there and it all started working again. It's like the fit bit app services needed to be stopped and started again. Thanks ☺

Thanks! I just uninstalled the FitBit app and reinstalled it. I'll check tomorrow to see if that worked. More to follow.
