FitBit Battery Dead won't Charge

Hi I woke up this morning and my fit bit battery was low, plugged it in to the charger when I got to work and it doesn't appear to be charging. Nothing is displayed no symbols to say its charging...When I press all three buttons it displays the Battery Symbol which is in the red, when the buttons are released it goes blank...

Any help appreciated

Then Do a Restart

I have the same problem...battery won't hold a charge in a Fitbit inspire hr...will charge to what it says is :hundred_points: and then die in an hour...contacts cleaned, hard reset x5... X8 soft resets and nothing...
