FitBit Blaze Charge

Hey guys... got two new FitBit blaze yesterday from Kohl's, online store. My husband got his first and charging was perfect and he is using it well. I received it today and it just does NOT charge at all!!!

 

Have followed every step on how to charge (got a email notification) 

Please help !!!

Hello @Aquaranj I'm not sure what is being asked.

Did your husband give you the Blaze from yesterday, and today it is not charging?

Or did you receive your own Blaze and it is not charging?  Has it been setup to your account yet?  Have you tried his charger? What makes you say that it is not charging?
