My heart Rate monitor simply stopped working, I cleaned it and changed it to the other arm, still no results...

Here's what's going on with mine. It wasn't showing the HR, only two dashes. I unlinked the device from my account, uninstalled the app, and then I put the Blaze into the charger while it was plugged in. I then did a restart using the left and lower-right buttons for 10 seconds. After that, it showed the HR again - UNTIL, I again linked it to my app!, Then, the HR turned into two dashes again. WTH??

Yeah, this is more of a fitbit employee problem.

Hello.
I am new to the Fitbit world. My wife got a new Tracker and gave me hers. She said it worked but was having trouble with the HR as it was being intermittent and not recording her sleep.
I have been wearing for the past day and a half and have not had the HR work at all. I have tried the 2-button rest, the shutdown, turning HR off then syncing, then turning HR back on and re-syncing. It seems to be a similar issue as others. Oh, and the two green lights work.
I did speak with two people at customer service, 1 the first night who helped me with clearing out my wife's data. It didn't really work because all of her data is recorded on my first day since it didn't truly clear her info properly when synced to a new account. The other was yesterday who got the HR to go from 2 "--" to "70" and we thought it was fixed. That being said, the Blaze still says 70 but doesn't record any other HR or log it into the app.

I will let it drain out and try again. May take a couple days. Will keep you posted.

I'm having a similar issue with my heart rate monitor on my Blaze:
In addition to to the HR monitor issue I also have to charge my battery daily; when I usually could get 5 days from a single charge.
Any suggestions for a fix?

Yes I tried the troubleshooting solutions described. Ensured the HR was
turned on in the app and device, as well as restarting Blaze...I still only
have one flashing green light on that back of my Blaze.
