I've had the Blaze for around a month, and for the first 3 weeks it was working fine - heart rate data was constantly being recorded (and seemed accurate) and all sleeps were being automatically logged with sleep stages being recorded.
However around one week ago, the heart rate monitor has started intermittently missing heart rate data, when checking my heart rate graph there are large sections of the day where no data has been logged. The actual BPM is also now very inconsistent, jumping from 60bpm to 120bpm and back when I am only sat at my desk (whereas previously the bpm seemed to reflect changes in activity, remaining low when stationary and increasing during activity).
At around the same time as these heart rate issues started, the sleep monitoring has also stopped automatically detecting when I was asleep. Previously the sleep data was very accurate, now the device has not picked up my sleep in around a week.
I have tried all the usual steps for these issues - restarting the device, restarting the app, ensuring heart rate is on (or auto), I have changed the sleep function to "sensitive" but still no improvements.

also check the sensors are clean on the back of your Blaze @TGoodwin, skin and salt haze over the sensors that contact your skin 24/7. I use the resultant damp towel after each shower to wipe everything down. For deep clean (when mudding) I use a sacrificed soft bristle toothbrush and alcohol:

Hi @wmchapman
Thanks for the quick response,
Unfortunately after cleaning the sensor does not seem to have fixed the issue.
I cleaned the sensor yesterday evening approx 24 hours ago as suggested, but the device still missed the majority of last nights heart rate despite being worn overnight as usual.

Try wearing one notch tighter.
I have the metal band so temporarily losing contact with my skin isn't an issue, always in place.
Worth a shot in case you and your Blaze are suffering from a little separation - looks like your trend rate is going up so your most "active" times, Blaze appears to catch you as you settle down and move up again.
