Hi,

I am using FitBit Blaze from past 3 months. Now suddenly it is syncing incorrectly.

It gets sync and shows me today's date steps, calories etc correctly.

But Previous days data is not synced.

When i am checking in Account -> Blaze. Then in Sync it is showing me 10 day back date. Its saying like its not sync from that day. Then how present day data got sync. Even i am receiving Notifications in my Watch.

Plz Help and tell me can i sync my all day data correctly and it should show Sync Now.

Hi,

Fitbit stores data for 30 days, not for 7 days.

I was not able to resolve completely. But i did a workaround.

I synced blaze with my Laptop windows App. I worked great and very fast.

But still i am not able to sync with my mobile. I tried with some other mobile as well but it is not getting sync.

First i thought, might be my mobile problem but it was syncing with 2 more mobiles.

My Problem solved with Windows App, but not completely.

Please look in to this issue. and try to resolve. Issue can be in Android App. In my Case.

I believe the trackers store up to 7 days of data, so some might be lost, but most should still be there (hopefully all!).

I would like to suggest you first try restarting your tracker a few times as explained in this article.

When you have done that and it does not solve the issue for you, then check out this article and go through the steps mentioned there.

I hope you get it resolved.

Hi, @vaibhavtaunk, I think it may be what you are seeing is a change in the way the dashboard works.

Since the change, now when you press the back button to see previous days, only the top tile with footsteps, calories, etc will update.  All the other tiles will show the current day's data and will not show previous days.

You can still see previous days data, but you must click on the individual tile to load previous days.  So, for example, when you press the back button, the sleep tile will not change and will always be the present day.  To see previous days' sleep, you will need to click on the sleep tile.

Could this explain the issue?

It is 7 days of detail data and another 23 of daily totqls for most trackers after 7 days the minute by minute and sleep data gets lost.
