Hi,
I've had my blaze for about 18 months and it has never given me any issues at all..until now.
Its been powered down for about 4 weeks, I charged it overnight and put it on this morning and it has tracked 0 steps, 0 flights of stairs and no activity at all. Heart rate seems to record okay though. According to my phone I've done a couple of flights and around 1000 steps.
I noticed this when I synced earlier, there were no notifications about new updates so I'm not sure what has happened here.
Its the actual blaze causing the issue, not the app. I have shut down and reset the blaze, and deleted and reinstalled the app for good measure.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Helen

Hi there @HelenER. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not tracking your activity as it should 😕
It could be that since it's been off for about a month, it's acting up right now. For this reason, I can suggest probably setting it up as a new device. Before setting it up, it would be worth restarting it. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Once you've restarted your tracker, you can proceed with setting it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know if that works! 🙂

Hi All,
Just in case anyone else has the problem, I didn't have to set it up again, however, I did have to reset it about 5 times, then it started buzzing to tell me I hadn't done enough steps.
