Do you have mutliple devices linked to your account? I've seen this happen when it tries to sync to my Charge HR instead of my Blaze.

On the fitbit.com dashboard , one needs to select heart rate from the drop down menu as shown in the snapshot below... (I believe that the default is to show steps.)

Where exactly did you delete the device? Would I lose all of my other settings since it took me forever to get my music, alarms and other settings to work? Mine logged my heartrate 2 days ago with no problem but then it showed up on my watch and didn't synch today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love this thing a little too much. lol.

I just had the same problem and came here looking for an answer. I had a Charge HR and bought a Blaze this past weekend. I just finished a workout and it didn't log my active minutes. It showed my heart rate on the watch and the current heart rate on my dashboard but it did not show the heart rate log since I changed to the Blaze. I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I've been trying to figure it out for several hours now. I've been here reading replies etc. I went to the app and was looking at the blank heart rate log and there was a ? at the top right, so I clicked it for help. It took me to the site to log into the hotel's wifi. (I'm a pilot and am in a hotel right now). Once I logged in, everything was there. I'm on an iphone 6 and thought that would have been sufficient but it was latched onto the hotel wifi and since I wasn't logged in, it wasn't getting out to the internet through wifi or cellular data. Now that I'm logged into the wifi, the problem is solved. Hope this helps someone.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Blaze: use fitbit phone app.scroll to top. Select watch to acess settings.scroll down to heart rate. Choose (on) instead of off or auto.
