Hi,
I am a keen Fitbit blaze user and am having trouble with my device. I charge it and the device battery no long lasts. For example, I charged it yesterday afternoon. I put it on overnight/today and it is now 2.50pm and the battery warning is coming on. Meaning ~20% of charge left. So not great battery life over a 24 hour period. I have no notification, no heart rate going, etc...
Any ideas how I get longer than 24 hour from my fitbit blaze battery?
thanks,
Ben

Hi there @price_ben. Welcome to the Community Forums! 😄
I'm very sorry to hear that the battery on your Blaze is not lasting as it should 😕
I'd like to help you out with this. I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions, I'm always around!

I am having the same problem. Lately i have to charge it everyday. I was looking to see if it was a battery that needs replacing. As much as we paid they need to fix this problem asap

Morning Fitbit Team,
I have not seen a reply to my question. Are you able to fix this or suggest a way to resolve this issue? thanks,
Ben

I am having the same problem, never had an issue with battery life, not doing anything differently and then today, day 2 of the Pohono challenge, it has gone flat 3-times! What can I do?

I synched it this morning around 9am and i just synched it again.
When i synched it at 9am it had a full battery. I just synched it again at 4:25pm and now it has a 1/2 battery life

My blaze fitbit is also not charging very well. I will put it on the charger at night and it will charge 8-12 hours and then die 5 hours after charging not sure if I need to buy a new one or not but it is getting old.

My Blaze was not charging I noticed that the back prongs where it makes contact with the charger was eroded. It had a perfect hole in it from the connector prongs of the charger.
I contacted support and they turned me away because I already had called about a previous situation. They didn't even bother to say can you send that in to us so we can figure out what happened more importantly they should have said this should never have happened regardless and taken care of it. I noticed that in the new Fitbit Ionic they have pushed back the prongs deeper away from the skin, it appears to me they know something about how crappy the previous design is and they are just sticking it to us. I would do all that is needed to take care of my tracker but for it to fail like this?? I couldn't attach the image so I'm including a link if you want to view it.

Why did this thread end after the charging contact issue was mentioned?
