I recently was gifted a fitbit blaze for my birthday back in May and I have loved the product but as of friday it has stopped registering my heart rate or my sleep. I have turned the heart rate sensor from auto to on and it says that my heart rate is a constant 70 no matter what i do.
When i change it back to auto it doesnt register any heart rate and the green lights on the back of it just flash once every 4 seconds. I have tried restarting the watch, shutting it down and turning it back on again and fully charging it. I have no clue what else to do please help.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Blaze, it looks like you already restarted your tracker by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, so my advise is to contact our support team for assistance, they can take a look at your tracker's back-end information and provide you personalized troubleshoot.
