FitBit Blaze not resseting steps after midnight

Hi all,

I have FitBit Blaze now 1 month. Since I've got it it worked well. It has since start SW 8.401.3.

Yesterday I've switched it off like all other days and this morning the device didn't reset steps, floors, length and calories since yesterday. Now I have on top of yesterdays steps, length and calories (which is weird - it showed like 400 less calories burned than yesterday and started counting from that) new data.

Is this normal? It's frustrating. I have to add that weekly exercise started as fresh new today and also activity time which shows completely different as it should.

I've tried to reset the device, unpair and pair it to the mobile phone (iOS 10.3.1), even check on the another device and no result. I will wait until midnight and hope for the best. But I think you should deal with this bug, since device isn't the cheapest and users are expecting that it should work as it is promised.

I have same issue since yesterday to today. I have Fitbit Blaze SW version 8.401.3 . I have it for 1 month. Until now worked ok (usually I switch it off during the night) and today when I've switched it on it started to count steps at yesterday state. Also started to count length at yesterday state. Calories started to count at like 400 less than yesterday state. And activity meter was reset since yesterday. Weekly exercise was reseted also daily activity. It's little frustrating. I've tried to restart tracker for several times and it didn't happen nothing. Also I've tried to unpair and pair and happened nothing. I've googled for the solution and I've came to this page. I see that I'm not the only one with this issue. So how it is solved???

I have exact sam issue with Fitbit Blaze. Today is adding on top of yesterday. I thought that it's issue because I switched off the device last night. But after sync it shows on top of yesterday. In fact.. activities started to count as new 5 days all other data (steps, length, calories (this is interesting because it showed 400 cals less than yesterday) stays the same).

I've been using the device for 1 month without any issue. Now this... It's frustrating.

If your tracker is turned off durring the day change at midnight, the days ste p s might be reset or might not be.

To fix it now, you will have to change the time to before 12am, let it switch days, then set the time correct.

My question is why turn it off?
