Hi,
I've had a blaze for a few years now and it was great, until it stopped syncing with my Huawei p20lite. Thinking it was the phone, I upgraded to a Samsung s10lite, but I'm having the same issue. I have to unpair then pair again each time I use my Fitbit and it doesn't sync anymore when I use the GPS tracking, notifications or anything like that. I've gone through the trouble shooting and it still doesn't work. I'm thinking it may be the watch and I'm considering getting the Iconic, but I don't want to waste the money if it still won't sync. Can someone please advise.

I'm having the exact same issues with my Blaze, worked perfectly for years but now won't sync without massive amounts of faffing and battery life gone through the floor as well.

Hi SiBedders,
It's so annoying! I'm really having second thoughts about upgrading my watch if it won't sync to my phone.

Hello!
I'm having the exact same issues with my Blaze, - plus I can not adjust the time and make synchronization. Also, I can not find information for set up time on my Blaze screen. Youri

Try these steps.
Note: while the user can unpair the tracker from Bluetooth, they should not be able to pair the tracker.
If a user removes the tracker from their Fitbit account, they will still have to unpair the tracker from the phone.
Removing a non syncing tracker from your Fitbit account, or Fitbit app is the worst step a user could do. Doing so will simply add more problems. A user has to now setup a tracker that they know already that they app cannot talk to.
