FitStar not working with Blaze

Hi there,

I purchased my FitBit Blaze a few days ago, and it arrived in the mail this morning, I set it all up, and keep getting a message saying "Welcome to Fitstar! Sync your Blaze in the Fitbit app to get Fitstar workouts on your wrist." - I have tried, and have yet to succeed in getting any of them on my Fitbit, and when trying to find a 'Fitstar' app, I can't find it, and I can't find anything on the Fitbit Coach app to sync to my Blaze either.

 

This is a bit disappointing as it was one of the only reasons I decided to get the Blaze.

It's great to welcome you @scott.owens.090, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Could you please provide me with some photos of the message you are seeing? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at our How do I use Fitstar on Blaze? article.
