I am a non-American resident fitbit user and have over the years purchased a number of fitbit products. One of my greatest challenges is how my most cherished items let me down at the most crucial times. My Aria has not worked in over 3 years showing an error every time I try and check my weight. I have checked all the fitbit posted solutions however none of them seem to solve the problem for me or the other people complaining. Also my fitbit Blaze just stopped showing it's display 2 days ago and it's been quite frustrating tracking anything I do without this information. Again all the fitbit forums I see have a solution that is NOT really a solution.
Can the fitbit team please share some insights into how to truly fix these issues as it is becoming overly frustrating.
