Fitbit Blaze Allday Sync + Always Connected

In an attempt to extend my Fitbits battery life, I'm trying to figure out what All Day Sync, and Always Connected are, in summary;

What does each feature do specifically, and what are the pros/cons of turning each feature on/off. (I need to be able to get notifications throughout the day, and I don't need to have the live sync on all day; I'm perfectly fine with one syncat the end of each day) So what setup should I go with, as far as features turned on/off in order to get what I need, and what I don't need, to extend my Fitbit's battery life. Thank in advance to whomever decides to help me.

Hi there @GeraldWinters. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I think I can help you with this. All day sync and always connected are basically the same thing. It's to keep your tracker syncing constantly every 15-20 mintues but regardless of this feature being enabled or disabled, you will still be able to get notifications from your phone. For more information on these two things, you can take a look at these two posts that I think you will find helpful:

-All-day Sync feature

-Notifications working regardless of All day sync being enabled or disabled

Hope you find this helpful and let me know if you need anything else. I'll be glad to help!
