Fitbit Blaze Calorie Count

I didn't wear my Fitbit blaze to sleep but woke up seeing I had burned 8000 calories which isn't right. Later on I started the weight exercise session and throughout the whole time it didn't register a single calorie. I did a hard reset and tried again but still 0 calories. Any help appreciated

Thank you

Hi there @Cramir23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

It's strange that your dashboard is not showing any calories for a specific time frame  because even when you would not use the tracker, the bmr calories should appear on it which are the ones automatically calculated by Fitbit. If you could please, attach a screenshot of how it appears on your dashboard to see what is exactly going on.

In the meantime, I would recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until your tracker turns off and comes back on and see how it goes after that.

Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else! 🙂
