Fitbit Blaze Faint Green Lights- No Heartrate

Just recently my fitbit hasn’t been detecting my heartrate and i noticed that the green lights are not flashing as brightly as they used to. they’re very faint and look like they’re struggling to stay on. i’ve tried changing my Heartrate settings to on and auto, resetting my fitbit, turning it off and on, putting the strap on tighter, and syncing it to my app.

Mine is doing the same.  And not detecting activity, no sleep and my totals are not syncing for my challenges.

I have the same issue as well and I am not getting text messages either. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips and nothing has fixed it. Very frustrating.
