My heart monitor stopped working.

 

The green lights are blinking steadily. I have tried the reset, the shutdown then turn back on. I have tried the auto/on/off function on the app and device. I have synced it multiple times as well. Everything else reads fine EXCEPT the heart rate. 

 

My wrist band is on firmly and secure as well. 

 

It just reads "- -" constantly. Before it just kept reading 70 BPM even when I was sprinting, dancing, or doing sports.

 

Hopefully someone can help 🙂

Hello @Lv_nomnom, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums.  Sorry for the late response. 

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your heart rate monitor not working and for confirming that you already tried to restart your device.

I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.
