Fitbit Blaze Screen Blank and Is not syncing to iphone app

My blaze screen is light gray/blue and is flashing to a black for a second about every 20 seconds.  The green lights on the back are off.  I have tried to reset it.  It was charged before it randomly shut off but I have tried to charge it again.  Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community @KayleeJacks. I really appreciate the time you've taken to report the issues with your Blaze. Sorry for the delayed response.

I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. First of all, let's try a couple of steps to make your Blaze to charge again:

I'd suggest to clean the contacts of your Blaze. These contacts can become obstructed by microscopic dirt or debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts, do not scrape them with anything metal because this may damage the plating and result in corrosion.

Please try to restart your it once again. How are you changing your Fitbit? We recommend plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or other low-energy device. If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge, and only use the charging cable that came with your tracker. Did you have issues before with the charging cable?

Please take a look of these recommendations to charge your Fitbit too. Once your Blaze is charging, you can check this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?

If the syncing issue remains with a mobile device I would recommend following the steps below:

  1. Restart your Blaze
  2. Reboot your phone and check that you phone and Fitbit App is up to date (Fitbit app should be updated since you've just reinstalled it)
  3. Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone and delete your Blaze from there (forget device)
  4. Open Fitbit App > Account > Blaze > Remove device (tap on the trash can in the upper right corner)
  5. Reboot your Bluetooth and double check that it is not connecting from there
  6. Force quit the App. Open it again Account > Set up a device

Those steps wont delete your recent information, all details should be safe on your Blaze.

If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.
