I've had my Blaze for over a year and it's worked great! However, today the battery all of the sudden died and it went to the restart screen. About an hour later I charged it (for the usual two hours) and it is still stuck on the screen with no green lights flashing. I tried the reset option (left and bottom right button for 15 seconds) but nothing happened and my phone won't sync or recognize the Blaze is charged and ready for use.
Any solutions?
Thanks for the help.

Do the restart at least 3 times. Sometimes that helps
Restart

If that doesn't help Contact Support.

I tried the re-set three times and contacted the Fitbit support team. We are currently working on different solutions but nothing has worked so far. Thanks for the help.

Something similar is happening to my blaze. It started to lose battery faster, then yesterday I plugged it in to charge. Today it's just flashing the logo on the front. Can't restart or anything. I am trying to get help but. as usual, i'm not getting replies from fitbit.
