Fitbit Blaze Won't Turn On

I am on my second Blaze.  I LOVE the Blaze but BOTH of the ones I have had did the same thing.  The face does not show up on my 1st one and the 2nd one kept freezing up.  I've since restarted and got my 2nd Blaze working but my other one still isn't showing up.  

 

The heart rate monitor green lights will flash when I take it out of the cradle charger but the face NEVER comes on.  Very frustrating to be so expensive.  Any solutions?  I've tried the restart....someone else told me to turn it off and on....how can I turn it off when there is no watch face on the screen?  Its just black and never turns on.
