Hi there @Jesusfreak97. Great to see you in the Forums! 🙂
I was taking a look at the list of compatible devices and it seems that at the moment, the LG 5G is not a compatible device as you can see below:
I'm sorry about the inconvenience 😕 You can take a look at the list of compatible devices and if you have any other device that will be compatible, you can definitely use it.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

When i see a comment as this one, there is no mention of the Fitbit app and the word recognize makes me suspect that the phones Bluetooth page is being used not the Fitbit app .
I'm wondering if the setup process is being followed.

Totally agree with @Rich_Laue.
@Jesusfreak97, In some situations, even if some phones are not listed as compatible devices officially, they will sync with your app. Now, as Rich says, you need to be sure to be following the Setup Process wich has to be done from the Fitbit app directly, not from the bluetooth settings on your phone.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Again, since your phone is not on the list of compatible devices, it's not guaranteed to work but there could be a possibility for it to.
