Fitbit Blaze and app lose my splits

Twice now on runs with the GPS on and working (watch found the phone no problem), when I finish my run I'm pumped to go look at my splits but my run was recorded as a non-GPS run. My splits are gone! Why, and is there a way to find my splits after this happens?

Hey @emilyd23. I'm happy to see you in the Community! 🙂

This is something common to happen in areas where your phone reception is not very good due to trees or tall buildings since your Blaze relies on the phone's GPS information.

If the area you are running is sorrounded by these, that might be a reason.
