Fitbit Blaze battery not charging

I have had a Blaze for 2 years and recently it will not hold charge on the device itself.  If I log into the my dashboard it says it is charged fully and also on my app on the phone but it shows as a dead battery on the device itself.  Any help or suggestions are great appreciated.
